Doing weird eight-page comics about your existence as a twenty-something is one of the most cathartic experiences possible. This is doubly true when I get to beat the crap out of “myself.”

It’s…Pillow Pals! I’ve had this concept in my back pocket for a couple months, and I was initially gonna do it as a one-pager. Yesterday, though, I got wild, insatiable urge to make a comic (it’s almost a sickness) and decided to make a comic out of that idea.
I may integrate them into a bigger world that I’ve been planning for a while, but we’ll see.

FRIDAY FANART NUMBER 10! ON A SATURDAY! IT’S CHARMANDER!
From “H.P. Lovecraft’s Pokæ-Beasts of the Orient: A Codex of Nature Gone Awry in the East”. I’m still debating how many of the Pokemon I’ll have done before I start printing them. I’ve got solid concepts for the three ghosts and for Koffing/Wheezing and Pikachu, but everything else is still a mystery to me.

Now this one is gonna take a little explaining: What if Lovecraft took a sea voyage with the ghost of Charles Darwin, and they wound up shipwrecked in the Kanto Region?
You wind up with H.P. Lovecraft’s Pokæ-Beasts of the Orient: A Codex of Nature Gone Awry in the East. I’m not sure whether I’ll do all 151 of the originals, or just pick and choose which I want to illustrate most. I figured that, however this project goes, it was best to start at the beginning with Bulbasaur. Regardless, prepare yourselves to watch my piss on parts of your childhood.
